To enable PDFs, Quotation – Request For Quote plugin adds a free module to enable compatibility for WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips.

Automatically generates and attaches a pdf to the emails that the Quotation plugin sends.

The PDFs are emailed to the customers and/or admin email, the customer also has the possibility to download the pdf from ‘my account’ pages.

The ‘Quotation Request For Quote’ plugin creates its own template to use with ‘WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips‘ plugin: ‘Proforma By Quotation’, it is compatible with the template customizer of the professional version.

1- Install WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips
2 – Configure the Proforma By Quotation document

• Woocommerce > Pdf invoices > Documents > Proforma By Quotation.
• Review other WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips configurations to suit your needs

3- Check the Quotation plugin options to adjust it to your needs:
WooCommerce > Settings > Quotation > Options > Location of custom fields into PDF invoice

The free module created by Quotation – Request For Quote plugin adds a new template (adq_proforma.php) which is used to create the PDF associated with the emails sent by Quotation.

If you need more advanced customization you can copy the template into your theme and customize it according to your needs.
